Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to design, develop, and maintain data analytics and BI solutions that support strategic decisions across the organization. You will partner with data scientists, analysts, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and mentor junior analysts while advancing performance and scalability of analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, SQL development, and Epic Clarity Data Model environments.
Epic certification in the applicable area of responsibility.
Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView is preferred.
Additional experience in health data, analytics, and reporting for healthcare environments is highly valued.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that support operational, clinical, and strategic initiatives.
Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and QlikView to communicate insights and KPIs.
