Job summary

OneDigital is hiring for a Fulfillment Resolution Team member to correct plan level and member enrollment audits in cloud-based benefits administration tools. You will work on correcting mismatches, researching root causes, and coordinating with carriers on eligibility requests to ensure accurate member enrollment.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication, with a base hourly pay range of $20–$23 nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Complete corrections in response to mismatches identified.
• Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff).
• Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility.
• Make corrections into BenAdmin system to reflect how enrolled with carrier.
• Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols.
• Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit/issue discoveries.
• Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data protection.
• Meet or exceed department goals as defined.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
