Job summary

This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 2+ years of mailroom or fulfillment experience.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor coordination, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot any issues in print and fulfillment processes, contributing to the organization's goals of improving community health.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mailroom operations, fulfillment, or a related role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and bulk mail processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot print and fulfillment issues.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute documents including enrollment packets and ID cards.
• Operate and maintain high-volume printers and troubleshoot errors.
• Coordinate with vendors for mailing services.
