Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer questions via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding benefits, contracts, reimbursements, eligibility, and claims.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Research and resolve aged Customer Service open calls within company standards.
• Document database activity and customer interactions for tracking and analysis.
• Meet or exceed department service metrics.
• Collaborate with appropriate departments to identify and address service issues.
