VHC Health is seeking a Building Automation Specialist to manage HVAC controls, monitor air quality, temperature, humidity, and pressurization in operating rooms and isolation spaces, supporting patient safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires 2–3 years hands-on experience with HVAC systems and building automation, EPA 608 certification, and BACnet knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with HVAC systems (air handlers, VAVs, chillers, boilers)
• Experience with building automation or HVAC control systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting sensors, actuators, control valves, and sequences
• EPA Section 608 Certification – Required for refrigerants
• BACnet Certification or demonstrated protocol knowledge
• NIOSH / OSHA safety training (healthcare environment)

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control HVAC systems to maintain air quality, temp, humidity, and pressurization in patient areas
• Provide real-time monitoring and alarms for BAS and environmental conditions
• Support infection control and regulatory compliance through reliable operation
• Collaborate with facilities and clinical teams to ensure 24/7 operations
