Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Healthcare & Medical Services Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems in patient care areas.

You will perform preventive maintenance, interpret schematics, and use a CMMS to keep accurate work records, ensuring safety, compliance, and energy-efficient operations in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and refrigeration technical ability.
• Proficiency with controls/building automation.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose equipment and systems.
• Experience documenting maintenance work in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/refrigeration equipment and related controls
• Interpret technical schematics and system diagrams
