• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships (revenues $5MM-$50MM).
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development and industry networking.
• Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions (cashflow lending, acquisitions, CRE, etc.).
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Wealth and Advisory teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives, expansions and real estate financing.
• Maintain accountability for client relationships while collaborating with internal partners.
