U.S. Bank’s Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs) serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations, owning the full client relationship from origination through long-term expansion.

You will drive growth by delivering integrated financial strategies, credit structures, and treasury solutions that fuel client success. You’ll manage relationships with revenues between $5M and $50M, leveraging cross-functional teams across treasury, payments, and wealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare relationships, managing revenue between $5M and $50M.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development and COIs.
• Lead complex credit conversations and structure solutions across cashflow lending, CRE, and related areas.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, and Wealth partners.
• Advise on growth initiatives including de novo expansion, acquisitions, and healthcare real estate financing.
• Maintain full accountability for client relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
