Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager to own the full client relationship from origination through long-term expansion for healthcare practices with revenues up to $50MM.

You will deliver tailored credit, treasury, and advisory solutions in a collaborative, high‑impact environment. You’ll lead complex conversations, develop new business, and coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management teams while balancing growth, profitability, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare and Practice Finance banking experience.
• Experience with clinic- and center-based Commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Proven success developing new business and COIs within the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing loan structures larger than $2.5MM.
• Experience serving companies and practices with revenues up to $50MM.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development and industry networking.
• Lead complex credit conversations and structure solutions exceeding $2.5MM.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Personal Wealth and Advisory teams.
• Maintain full accountability for the client relationship within a large, matrixed organization.
• Apply strong credit judgment balancing growth, profitability, and client experience.
• Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions.
