Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to manage a large client portfolio (>$50M in revenues).
• Proven track record in prospecting new business and closing profitable transactions.
• Strong sales skills including planning, execution and follow up from client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of For Profit Healthcare clients with revenues of $50M–$2B and helps them operate, borrow, and invest.
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Interprets financial statements to assess financial conditions and industry trends.
• Collaborates with domestic and international teams and coordinates with Product Specialists to deliver financial solutions.
• Leads dialogue with complex Healthcare clients on industry topics and capital structures.
• Coaches peers and demonstrates leadership in a team setting.
• Adapts to changes in sales practices and market conditions.
