Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years focused on backend systems, APIs, or platform products.
- Delivery of SaaS platform features at scale in B2B/enterprise contexts.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and modern integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Kong, MuleSoft).
Responsibilities
- Own the backend platform and API roadmap.
- Define API design standards, versioning strategies, and DX principles.
- Lead integrations strategy for third-party APIs and healthcare partners.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on interoperability standards.
- Track KPIs: API adoption, uptime, latency, and integration success rates.
