Job summary

Corewell Health in Southfield, MI seeks an experienced Architect to manage architectural planning, programming, and documentation for healthcare and workplace projects. You will guide design consultants, produce CAD/Revit drawings, and develop construction documents across phases.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture or design fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
Experience in healthcare environments preferred.
LIC-Architect – Michigan license required.
Licensure for Driver’s License in Michigan.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural planning and programming for healthcare/workplace projects.
Coordinate design consultants and review drawings, specs, and budgets.
Produce design drawings from conceptual to construction documents using CAD/Revit.
Develop alternate schemes, phasing, and as-built drawings for renovations or new construction.
Serve as architectural consultant across departments and liaise with clients, PMs, and contractors.
