Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of AR team and manage client relationships.
• Monitor accounts, ensure timely/work accuracy, and meet collection goals.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to balance workload fairly.
• Ensure adherence to quality/productivity standards and policies.
• Prepare monthly client reporting and maintain reports/logs.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI at all times.
• Support contract pricing reviews and escalate issues as needed.
