Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in insurance collections and claims follow-up.
• Experience training new users is required.
• Knowledge of denied claims and appeals process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AR activities with management and team.
• Assist global team members and provide training on client host system.
• Track productivity and quality of AR Representatives.
• Follow up with payers to resolve outstanding claims via phone, email, fax or websites.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality standards per policies.
• Use workflow and client host systems to collect payments and resolve accounts.
• Identify and correct medical billing errors and initiate appeals when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
