Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks an Appointment Setter to coordinate participant medical appointments, transportation, and communications with the IDT, families, and caregivers, ensuring care plans align with schedules.

You will manage scheduling, confirmations, and documentation in the EMR, provide reminders, and maintain the appointment matrix while upholding HIPAA and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years scheduling/administrative experience.
• Experience with EMR or medical scheduling software is strongly preferred.
• Experience with frail or elderly population is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all routine and non-routine medical appointments and coordinate transportation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and families.
• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team to align schedules with care plans.
• Maintain appointment matrices and EMR documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
