Job summary

WesleyLife, a respected Midwest health and well-being organization, seeks an Applications Analyst II to collaborate with the IS team and clinical departments on planning, design, development, and deployment of new and enhanced applications. You will manage projects from scope to delivery, set budgets, and triage issues to ensure timely resolutions.

You will extract data for reporting, design training programs, and help improve existing systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance and exploring

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IS team and departments to plan, design, develop, and deploy new applications and enhancements.
• Direct and manage software application projects from scope to deliverables in partnership with management and stakeholders.
• Establish project budgets and recommend budget changes as needed.
• Field and triage problem tickets; document problem-solving steps and resolutions; analyze trends to prevent recurrence.
• Extract data and create reports to present clinical information to end users.
• Design and deliver software training programs and classes.
• Review app performance and develop strategies to improve systems.
• Configure clinical applications and implement new solutions to optimize healthcare service reimbursement.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for information systems.
• Participate in selecting and implementing aging-in-place technology solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement projects focusing on clinical applications usage and workflows.
