Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking an Applications Analyst II to join our team in Johnston, IA. You will collaborate with the IS group and clinical staff to plan, design, and deploy new applications, while managing projects from scope to delivery.

You will extract data, report on clinical information, and train users on new and existing systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. This role supports a range of healthcare IT initiatives within WesleyLife's senior services network.

Qualifications

Proven experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Experience with desktop and server operating systems.
Experience supporting clinical software applications in a healthcare/hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the IS team and other departments in planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Direct and manage software application projects from beginning to end, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
Extract data and create reports using application tools to present clinical information to end users.
Configure existing clinical applications and implement new solutions to optimize reimbursement of delivered healthcare services.
