Bookmark Medical seeks a detail-oriented IT analyst to support and optimize our healthcare IT systems. You will analyze requirements, design flows, test changes, document processes, and provide daily user support across departments.

You will collaborate with care teams and IT to ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and smooth operation of EHR tools like Athena, eCW, or Meditech in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience and/or training preferred.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Analyze, design, test, document, train, report, and provide daily user support.
• Interpret and develop project plans, specifications, and flow charts.
• Determine impact of system changes on users and troubleshoot issues across departments.
• Interact with users at all levels to clarify requirements during analysis and implementation.
