Job summary

Genesis PrimeCare HR is seeking an IT Applications Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize EMR and other critical business applications. You will be a primary resource for end users, providing timely assistance, troubleshooting, and training to promote effective system utilization.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and admin teams to assess workflows, coordinate software updates, and document solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Medical billing experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience working with billing systems, claims processing, & healthcare revenue.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize EMR systems and other business‑critical applications.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and end‑user training to promote effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to evaluate workflows and coordinate software updates.
• Develop reports and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with software vendors to resolve system issues and assist in implementing new functionality.
