Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage invoices and complex AP tasks within the enterprise AP structure. This role supports a centralized AP team to ensure timely payments for goods, services and capital equipment in line with Procure to Pay policies.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, departments and suppliers, resolve discrepancies, and promote process improvements using ERP, GHX, Remitra and related tools to keep patient care uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 3-year minimum experience in related field.
• Experience with supplier statement reconciliation.
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience with Salesforce ticketing system or comparable supplier management system.
• Healthcare accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily invoicing work to suppliers.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with AP policies.
• Support process improvements and technology implementations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely payments and avoid interruptions.
• Review supplier statements and serve as main supplier contact for inquiries.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, AP to resolve match exceptions.
