You will leverage Epic Clarity, PB knowledge, and SQL to build reporting and identify trends that drive payer and provider performance. You’ll translate findings into client-ready reports, support stakeholder communication, and collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data.
• Strong SQL skills and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data.
• Apply Epic Clarity and PB knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials.
• Support physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reporting.
• Analyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trends.
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunities.
• Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track follow-up actions and support execution against recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needs.
