Job summary

HSAG is seeking an Analytics Coordinator to join the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division in the United States. You will support healthcare analytics projects, develop work plans, track milestones, coordinate teams, and help deliver high-quality reports to clients.

This role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, clinicians, project managers, and subcontractors. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preferred exposure to healthcare analytics, and up to two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, science, social science, data analytics, project management, or another related field.
• Demonstrated experience organizing assignments, coordinating activities, conducting research, preparing professional documents, or supporting team-based projects.
• Ability to learn healthcare, quality improvement, project management, and analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through their life cycles, including initiation, implementation, ongoing operations, analysis, reporting, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Monitor activities and follow up with team members to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Support client communications and meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
• Assist with research, report writing, and data-oriented deliverables under supervision.
