Job summary

Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. seeks an Analyst I to contribute to cutting-edge healthcare analytics in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division.

You will assist in designing analytic studies, handling diverse data types, and applying SAS to drive insights for decision-makers. The role requires a quantitative bachelor's degree (master's preferred), strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Statistics coursework and quantitative courses completed.
• Knowledge of statistical programming and data handling.
• Experience with relational databases and Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral part of HSAG Data Science & Advanced Analytics division.
• Learn primary types of healthcare data and methods for data assessments.
• Develop and learn SAS programming for analyses.
• Evaluate diverse data types and conduct analyses.
• Develop statistical models, validate data, and track patterns of care.
• Present project results to nonanalytic staff and customers.
