Altocare, operating Senior Helpers and MedTec Healthcare brands, seeks a Healthcare Data Coordinator to support data collection, verification, and reporting across teams. This entry‑level role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality of PHI, and delivering insights to improve operations and client outcomes.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity while using AI-assisted tools under HIPAA guidelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to data quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick learning of new software.

Mansioni

• Verify and obtain information needed to complete client records.
• Gather, compile, and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Review data across systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, and risks.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
