Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and interpret various data types including financial results, operational metrics and outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-organizational partnership ability.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in SQL; Tableau or other data visualization tools; Alteryx or ETL tools; R or Python.
• 3 years in a clinical setting or general hospital/physician operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial, operational, and clinical analytics.
• Create executive summaries outlining key findings and recommendations.
• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results and drive improvements.
