- Lead development and oversight of dashboards for clinical, operational, and provider productivity metrics.
- Develop short- and long-term forecasts for staffing, demand, revenue, and capacity planning.
- Provide decision-support through data analysis, workflow optimization, and outcomes measurement.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance analytics platforms and governance, including HIPAA compliance.
- Supervise analytics staff and promote data literacy and performance improvement.
