Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a seasoned analytics leader for the Performance Management team to drive revenue cycle analytics and data products. You will own end-to-end data development, from SQL modeling in Snowflake to Power BI dashboards used by senior leadership and clients.

You will mentor a growing team, partner with four director-led groups, translate complex operations questions into scalable insights, and influence strategic decisions while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Cycle Management healthcare analytics.
• Epic Clarity data model experience, physician (PB) billing data preferred.
• Expert SQL skills in Snowflake, T-SQL, or MS SQL with data quality testing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards end-to-end.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation capabilities.
• Experience using AI/LLMs to accelerate work while validating outputs.
• 2+ years in leadership, with growth potential into people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and data models in Snowflake; adapt to Databricks and data lakes.
• Build scalable datasets with proper joins, one-to-many relationships, and deduplication controls.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data integrity and efficient pipelines.
• Own end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards for leadership, operations, and clients.
• Define and govern KPI definitions for consistency across the org.
• Conduct root-cause analytics and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with four director-led teams and executives to support data-driven decisions.
