Job summary

BRG Healthcare seeks an accomplished Director of Operations, Health Analytics Practice, to drive strategy, improve profitability, and lead staffing across the national practice. The role partners with FP&A and HAP leadership to optimize utilization and revenue, while coordinating cross‑practice initiatives and market-facing activities.

The position reports to HAP Executive Leadership and is based in a major U.S. city with travel to offices including Chicago, New York, and Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to analyze financial information and build financial models for practice management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent problem solving and strong communication.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice strategy, improve financial performance and growth in revenue.
• Collaborate with FP&A to monitor performance and forecast metrics.
• Liaise between HAP leadership and key VP stakeholders on staffing and performance.
• Lead staffing, utilization management, headcount forecasting, and learning initiatives.
• Develop and track BD budgets, funding requests, and cross‑practice initiatives.
• Improve internal communications about progress and vision for growth.
• Prepare meeting agendas and leadership updates; support board presentations.
• Manage HAP operations staff and coordination with ISP operations.
