Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, business, analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in ambulatory healthcare ops, practice management, analytics, or related areas.
• Experience managing multisite ambulatory practice, preferably within FQHC/community health center.
• Proven ability to use data to improve access, scheduling, patient flow, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of EHR (EPIC) and practice management data; assess data quality and define measures.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance reports used by leaders for decisions.
• 5+ years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate practice performance with leaders to improve access and efficiency.
• Design scheduling templates and rebalance provider panels.
• Develop dashboards and forecasts for service demand and capacity.
• Support performance reviews, targets, and improvement plans.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executives.
