Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks a data analytics leader to design, develop, and deploy analytic solutions for executive leadership and key stakeholders. You will gather business requirements, lead projects, and ensure data integrity across current and future uses of clinical and operational data.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in health science, computer science, math, or business, at least five years in data analytics or development, and experience with Cerner or Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Math, Business or related field or equivalent combination demonstrating analytical/technical competency.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in progressively more responsible data analyst/developer roles.
• Experience with Cerner, Epic or similar software product.

Responsibilities

• Design, creation and deployment of analytic solutions for Executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Lead tasks and projects; design and implement analytic solutions including reports, dashboards, and views from diverse data sources.
• Ensure data integrity for current and future use in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
