Job summary

Eisenhower seeks an Ambulatory Project Analyst to provide analytical and project management support for the Ambulatory division. You will execute analyses, create dashboards, and organize data to guide decision making, enhancing finances, workflows, patient satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3 years of healthcare analytics/PM experience, and Epic certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in public health, healthcare management or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in data analytics or project management in healthcare required.
• Epic certification or related certification within one year of hire preferred (HB/PB, Reporting Workbench, Clarity Data Model).
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies.
• Provides support for Ambulatory functions across departments (Access, Growth, Patient Experience, Revenue Cycle, Quality and Safety, compliance).
• Develops project work plans with stakeholders, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Oversees project logistics and ensures requirements are met on time and within guidelines.
• Develops measurement and analytic strategies to monitor project outcomes and creates presentations for stakeholders.
• Leads workgroups/committees to set project direction.
• Executes analyses, creates dashboards, and organizes data to guide decision-making.
• Collaborates with IS and BI departments to support reporting needs for ambulatory initiatives.
• Develops surveys and tracks compliance; coordinates project evaluation to assess impact.
• Prepares materials for Vice President and Management Team; supports coordinated communications.
