Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with customers and WK teams to translate clinical workflows into valuable, measurable outcomes. You will design, code, and deploy prototypes, leveraging HL7 FHIR, CDS Hooks, and cloud-native approaches, while ensuring safety, security, and maintainability.

You will collaborate across product, technology, clinical, and security teams to drive adoption, reusable patterns, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong software fundamentals.
• 7+ years in software engineering or related roles.
• Production-quality software experience in enterprise/regulatory environments.
• Healthcare tech experience across clinical workflows and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Discover and frame outcomes with customers and stakeholders.
• Build, integrate, and validate prototypes using WK Health assets and AI capabilities.
• Make field learnings reusable as APIs, templates, or patterns.
• Navigate responsibly with AI, governance, and compliance.
