Candidates should bring 7+ years in software engineering, experience with healthcare workflows and HL7 FHIR, and a strong product mindset to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in software engineering or related product technology roles.
• Healthcare tech experience with HL7 FHIR, CDS Hooks, and related standards.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, or responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Discover and frame outcomes with executives and clinicians.
• Design, code, integrate, and validate prototypes and extensions.
• Build reusable patterns into APIs, connectors, and templates.
• Collaborate across product, tech, clinical, security, and compliance teams.
