Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking an AI Engineer in the Information Technology team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that impact patient care and operational efficiency. You will work with clinical leaders, data engineers, and admins to identify opportunities and optimize workflows.

You’ll lead AI projects, maintain documentation, and communicate complex results to senior leadership while applying CI/CD and data analytics best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate complex topics to senior management.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and identify trends using BI tools.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate developers of varying skill levels.

• Facilitate and coordinate the development of AI solutions to meet strategic needs.
• Support the machine learning lifecycle from data identification to production.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD and model training.
• Liaise between business users, data engineers, and developers to integrate AI solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation for models.
• Lead data analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Use data visualization and trend analysis to produce leadership reports.
