Qualifications
- Ten-plus years in product management delivering healthcare data products.
- Experience with payer, provider, and pharmacy analytics including claims data.
- Experience leading AI, ML, advanced analytics, data platforms, or agentic product capabilities in healthcare.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, compliance, security, and business teams.
- Experience taking a product from 0-to-1 or early-growth phase.
- Preferred: AI-enabled analytics, agentic AI platforms, or natural language interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for healthcare analytics portfolio.
- Align product development with market trends, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
- Influence enterprise product vision with insights on competitive positioning and customer pain points.
- Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, launch, and optimization.
- Translate business needs into actionable product features and analytics solutions.
- Ensure solutions are differentiated, value-driven, and aligned with outcomes.
- Apply healthcare data expertise to enrich product offerings.
- Identify innovative methodologies and analytics techniques to strengthen solutions.
- Champion modern product practices (agile, data-driven roadmaps, co-design).
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market.
- Lead customer engagements including training, ROI analysis, and industry forums.
- Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and thought leaders.
- Mentor analysts and managers, fostering growth and leadership.
- Guide cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and architects.
- Ensure adherence to SOC 2, HIPAA, and other compliance standards.
- Promote responsible handling of sensitive healthcare data.
