Job summary

Penguin Ai is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for Healthcare. You will act as the bridge between our AI-driven platform and healthcare clients, guiding implementation, defining use cases, and educating users to achieve measurable outcomes from Day 1.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure successful deployments, renewals, and expansion opportunities while maintaining a strong customer advocate stance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare tech, technical account management, or implementation
• Experience with AI or automation projects delivering measurable impact
• Strong communication with senior/C-suite stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Onboarding orchestrator: lead technical setup, KPI planning, rollout support
• Use case visionary: design new healthcare use cases with measurable impact
• Empowerment enthusiast: train users, run enablement sessions, create simple docs
• Voice of the customer: translate client feedback into product improvements
• Cross-functional connector: collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing
• Adoption & growth alchemist: identify problems, renewals, expansion opportunities
