Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own healthcare AI deployments from discovery to measurable impact. You will coordinate with engineers, product managers, customer success, and clinical experts to deliver value in real clinical environments.

The role emphasizes clinical workflows, executive stakeholder relationships, and hands-on technical execution to drive adoption and outcomes at health systems, providers, payors, or life sciences organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in deployment, implementation, or technical program management across healthcare domains.
• Experience serving healthcare customers or working inside a healthcare org.
• Familiarity with provider/payor/life sciences workflows and operating dynamics.
• Ability to analyze data models and reason about schemas.
• Hands-on comfort with engineering systems (JSON, terminals, git).

Responsibilities

• Get to the real problem behind what the customer is asking for and scope a solution.
• Design and build agents capable of handling complex, high-stakes healthcare conversations.
• Map data flow from customer systems into the conversation, then back out as insights.
• Own end-to-end implementation, adoption, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Work with forward-deployed engineers to specify new AI features for deployments.
• Capture learnings to create repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to track deployment performance.
• Inform internal product and process improvements from deployment insights.
