WelbeHealth in the United States is seeking an AI Business Automation Project Manager, Health Plan Services to lead healthcare systems projects and design AI-enabled workflows that streamline eligibility and reconciliation operations.

You will partner with business owners and technical teams across Eligibility, Reconciliation, Claims, Network, and other health plan operations to translate needs into scalable solutions and practical tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably including healthcare systems.
• Experience in a regulated healthcare environment with health plan operations, eligibility, enrollment, or reconciliation systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and improve AI agents or workflow solutions.

Responsabilités

• Drive projects to successful implementation within Health Plan Services, coordinating with Eligibility, Reconciliation, Claims, Network, and other health plan ops teams.
• Lead projects to improve or implement systems and tools supporting eligibility determination, enrollment, and reconciliation.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual work using AI-assisted development practices.
• Partner with business owners and leadership to translate requirements into automation opportunities and set realistic expectations of capability and risk.
• Document project and automation logic for maintainability and governance.
• Track status, escalate issues, allocate resources, and keep teams motivated to deliver key milestones.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business needs.
