Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking an AI Business Automation Project Manager for Health Plan Services to drive AI-enabled automation and process improvements across eligibility and reconciliation teams. You will lead cross-functional efforts, design AI agents, and deliver scalable solutions in a healthcare setting.

Collaborate with stakeholders, manage complex projects, and maintain governance while delivering high-value automation that reduces manual work and improves accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or health plan setting is advantageous.
• Experience with AI agent development and automation is desirable.
• Ability to translate business needs into automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to successful implementation across Health Plan Services.
• Lead system/tool improvements for eligibility, enrollment, and reconciliation.
• Design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements and set expectations.
• Document logic for maintainability and governance.
• Track status and resources, escalating as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs.
