Qualifications
- 10+ years in a senior technical role at a venture-backed startup, frontier AI lab, or investment firm.
- Expert in Python and/or TypeScript; proficient with modern agent frameworks and production-grade systems.
- Built or modified the harness around an agent: custom tools, CLIs, observability, and self-learning loops.
- Reinvented workflows around AI; experience with coding agents like Claude Code is a plus.
- Executive presence and ability to work with nontechnical leaders across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Redefine healthcare investing as a technical discipline and ship AI systems for strategic decisions.
- Push the frontier of applied AI with durable, long-horizon agents and context engineering.
- Raise the technical bar across the company, sharing reusable patterns and teaching teams.
- Create global patient impact by supporting founders and partners with transformative health AI.
