Redesign Health is expanding its early‑stage investing team to accelerate pre‑seed deal sourcing and founder relationship building in the healthcare AI space. The role emphasizes AI‑driven tech-enabled sourcing, network expansion, and rapid engagement with high‑potential founders.

You will manage an active pipeline, collaborate with investment teams, and scale sourcing to meet Redesign’s strategic objectives, with a focus on speed, rigor, and founder‑first insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, early‑stage investing, startups, or a related field.
• Direct previous exposure to founder sourcing or venture ecosystem development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Founder & Ecosystem Development – Build a dense, trusted network across founders, angels, scouts, venture funds, operators, and communities.
• Active Founder Sourcing – Source high‑potential pre‑seed opportunities through relationship‑driven founder sourcing and outreach.
• Maintaining Our Founder Bar – Define and promote attributes and signals of exceptional founders in the pipeline.
• Team Ecosystem Orchestration – Map ecosystems and orchestrate sustained relationships across universities, accelerators, and events.
• Partnering with Founders from Sourcing Through Diligence & IC – Build trust and support founders through diligence and IC pitches.
• AI‑Native Sourcing Systems – Build an AI‑enabled sourcing engine using data signals and automation.
