You will transform messy business processes into scalable, self-learning AI systems and partner with investors, talent teams, and healthcare partners to maximize impact.

You will stay at the frontier of AI research, publish when relevant, and help the firm operationalize AI across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical roles in venture-backed startups, frontier AI labs, or investment firms.
• Expert in Python and/or TypeScript with production-grade code experience.
• Experience building agentic systems with durable, long-horizon capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI systems to power investment, talent, and development workflows.
• Build reusable patterns and educate the organization on AI capabilities.
• Scale agentic workflows to support founders, portfolio companies, and partners.
• Source, assess, and support exceptional founders to create health tech impact.
