Qualifications

• 5–8+ years building technology, CTO or senior leader at early-stage company; health/health-tech is a plus.
• Degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering or related field and ongoing AI interest.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities and technology with Cedars‑Sinai, surfacing high-conviction problems.
• Translate clinical pain points into technically grounded venture theses and tests.
• Lead technical diligence, prototypes, and proofs‑of‑concept before funding.
• Support founders with architecture, build‑vs‑buy, data strategy, and hiring decisions.
• Scale judgment through AI, building reusable AI-enabled workflows for diligence.
