You’ll collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and honor commitments. You’ll own your accounts and daily priorities, with guidance from your manager and opportunities to help improve team

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct customer-facing experience in relevant roles.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and driving renewals/growth.
• Data-driven problem solving and clear communication with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare customer relationships from signing through renewal and growth.
• Learn customer workflows and set goals; use data/feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve problems.
• Own daily priorities with support from management and share learnings with teammates.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites.
