Assort Health in San Francisco is seeking an Agent Product Manager to help us support 1M+ patients on our platform. You’ll own onboarding, implementation, and the operational heartbeat that keeps customers engaged in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams, drive scalable processes, collaborate with engineering and the Operations Analyst Team, and help expand relationships while mentoring teammates as we grow.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in Consulting, BizOps or Account/Customer Success.
• Strong verbal and written communication; build trust across stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, consultative problem solving.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage time under pressure.

• Lead onboarding and implementations autonomously.
• Directly manage and resolve customer feedback and issues in line with company values.
• Identify product improvements and new offerings to support customers.
• Drive automation and scalable processes by building internal tools and workflows.
• Operate autonomously to develop processes and strategy from scratch.
• Collaborate with Operations Analyst Team for QA/QC and reporting.
• Expand customer relationships and contracts by communicating business value.
• Partner with engineering to design, build dashboards and tools for decisions.
