You will coordinate admissions and support our mission of providing skilled nursing and rehab services, ensuring a welcoming and organized transition.

The role requires compassion, strong organization, and excellent communication as you verify documentation, schedule admissions, and maintain resident records in compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, healthcare, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and verification processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and families with professionalism.
• Coordinate and schedule admissions with pre-admission assessments.
• Maintain accurate resident records per regulations.
• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, therapy, and admin teams.
• Prepare admission packets and documentation.
• Communicate with hospitals, physicians, and case managers to coordinate admissions.
• Support marketing, census development, and community outreach as needed.
