Lead the admission process, conduct effective facility tours, coordinate clinical and financial approvals, and collaborate with discharge planners to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years in admissions/marketing in healthcare.
• Long-term care marketing/admissions experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing.
• Able to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and care givers.

Responsibilities

• Initiate tours with discharge planners or families.
• Manage admissions: tours, paperwork, approvals, and communications.
• Lead marketing efforts by contacting referral sources regularly.
