Job summary

The Earlwood Center is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the center's admissions and referral programs, coordinating tours, inquiries, and sign-ins to achieve census goals.

You will drive the admissions sales program, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and partner with HealthCare Area entities to optimize placement and revenue. Excellent customer service and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on center’s admissions needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage center admissions flow, referrals, and sign-in processes.
• Coordinate tours and sales activities with families and referrers.
• Provide follow-up on inquiries and admissions conversions.
• Identify, train, and schedule the Center Admissions Team.
• Ensure proper paperwork completion per policy.
• Meet families upon admission and prepare rooms with nursing staff.
• Document customer data in PCC to improve placement and coordination.
• Collaborate with Administration and Sales leadership on admissions strategies.
