Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team. The role focuses on managing the admissions process, developing strong referral relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective residents and families.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with experience in post-acute care services and coordinating with clinical teams to grow census.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare admissions experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, admissions processes, and post-acute healthcare services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and families.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective residents and their families.
