Qualifications

• RN license (Required).
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• CA Driver's License with eligible driving record.
• Meet agency driver eligibility criteria if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse nursing team.
• Hire and supervise Nursing Department staff.
• Develop service objectives and nursing policies.
• Ensure adherence to governmental and stakeholder regulations.
• Participate in budget development and cross-department collaboration.
• Support high-quality nursing care and medication administration.
